Set a time-line for her to get a job and move out. Have her sign a contract agreeing to the time-line.

Four midgets. That'd be an amusing site haha.

I will have updates if anything major happens. If you are all patient, there WILL BE PICS posted at a later date. Stay tuned.

That is excellent news. As long as you and your GF are on the same page you should be fine. The issue is that if your GF doesn't agree with you, she'll just let her back in if you kick her out, and they may well team up to make your life shit if you try to stand up to them. But if your GF is with you on this, it should be fine.

Biggest thing you have to emphasize is that staying with you is a privilege, not a right, and that you can kick her out at any time. Keep your phone with you so she can't use it and charge it in the car or something (I've been living with only a car charger for months now). Emphasize that, as long as she doesn't have a job, her job is looking for one, because you won't keep her around forever. Do remember that this is a pretty shitty job market and it might take her some time, but it doesn't sound like she's even trying very hard.

So much drama....

Well....my gf is getting more pissed than me.

She talks on the phone hours on end (she finally got her own)....and my gf tells her to talk in the hall. We hear every dam conversation she has every night. She just talks back and keeps talking on the phone, She says that we can close the door. Well...closing the door does not help much b/c my apt is only 780 SQ FT.

My gf gave her an ultimatum. Talk in the hall way when you get a phone call or leave. She just talks back and claims that my gf will not comprimise. It's an f'n headache hearing her talk on the phone then hearing two sisters battle it out.

She claims she is out on Dec. 1. I cannot wait.

I'm not sure I believe the December 1st thing. Don't set yourself up for it. If she doesn't leave, evict her. Be sure to lightly discuss it with your gf beforehand, and slowly increase the discussion. Discretion is the better part of valor.

You are a total pvssy for letting your g-friend's sister act like she owns the place. That's not to say that your g-friend isn't totally to blame for the situation you've been put in (she is).

This is exactly how women complicate serious relationships. They bring familial problems into their b-friend's lives and expect them to help.

PSA: Get your life in order before you get into any kind of serious relationship with anyone and drag them into a life of misery

nah....my gf and I agree that I am not the one to yell at her....however, if this goes on tomorrow...I am going to tear a new one. I really got pissed of when my gf's sis said that she was being disrespected. I mean, WTF?

BTW, pics of my gf to come soon...I just need to figure out how to get bluetooth on my phone to work.

1) Change the door lock.
2) Throw her shit in the hallway.
3) ...
4) Bone your gf.

Start looking for a source of free boxes.
Thanksgiving week start bringing them in.
On the evening of 11/30, follow Baked's advice.

The hell of it is, depending on the state, you COULD have to end up going through formal eviction procedings to get her out. If you throw her out and her stuff with you, in many states, she can take you to court and get damages...IIRC, here in Kahleeforneeya, it can be $100/day...

"Single lodger in a private residence

A lodger is a person who lives in a room in a house where the owner lives. The owner can enter all areas occupied by the lodger and has overall control of the house.8 Most lodgers have the same rights as tenants.9

However, in the case of a single lodger in a house where there are no other lodgers, the owner can evict the lodger without using formal eviction proceedings. The owner can give the lodger written notice that the lodger cannot continue to use the room. The amount of notice must be the same as the number of days between rent payments (for example, 30 days). (See "Tenant's notice to end a periodic tenancy".) When the owner has given the lodger proper notice and the time has expired, the lodger has no further right to remain in the owner's house and may be removed as a trespasser."

The fact that she's the gf's family and doesn't pay rent doesn't matter in this in the slightest...if you want her out, give her a formal eviction notice.
