Time to set some rules. You need to make it so that she isn't staying in a hotel but rather like your child, so that she wants to get out of your house.

How tolerant is your girlfriend of all of this behavior?

OP, that's some bullshit. I'm angry for you. Talk to your girlfriend first before you say anything to the sister. Once you hear what the girlfriend has to say, then talk to the sister. Some suggestions on what to do with the sister:

- Tell her that she X amount of time to find a job, because in X amount of time you will be charging her rent.
- She wants a phone? She can buy her own damn phone. Tell her to go to Wal-Mart and get a pay-as-you-go if she wants to talk to her Mexican friend so badly. She'll learn quick.
- Challenging your religious beliefs? That right there is reason enough to kick her ass to the street. If she wants to live with people who have the same beliefs as her, then she can feel free to do so.

And again, talk to your girlfriend first. Understand that it's her sister so she'll obviously be biased, but if she gets unreasonable and whatnot... then maybe it's time to get rid of two people.

Obviously not very tolerant as I've been single for a year

The owner of the company I work for got in this same situation except it was gf and her mother. About 4 years ago... Fast forward 4 years and the mother is still there...

These situations never work out well. Get the sister out of there now or leave. You don't want to be in this situation years from now, which is exactly what will happen.

If she's such a hardcore religious nut, then why's she banging the Mexican dude out of wedlock? (I'm assuming that's what you mean by FWB) :D

Pretty fucked up situation you are in, I hate it for you. Suggestions:

1. You don't care if she works in a restaurant or department store, she has 2 months to get a place of her own.

2. She can stay at his house for a few days.

3. She can get her own phone. She had a chance to use yours responsibly and she fucked that up.

4. ...

5. Throw a party with your (you and gf) friends. She isn't your friend, so she's not invited.
