Yeah, thats def their problem, call up billing first thing tomorrow tell them that your not satisfied and tech support won't help you. Tell them that you will switch to cable if they don't resolve the problem. You should have an answer the same day![]()
i'll be honest and say i'm not used to tracert so this may be a stupid question.
do you have sprint dsl also? how is your tracert info the same as mine (almost) if you don't?
Not sure what you are asking...Traceroute simply displays the network hops that your computer goes through to get to a given host. Think of it as listing each of the roads you have to take to get to the mall at the next town over.
right, i understand that, but you posted your results when you ran tracert, correct? your hops are going to the same places as mine.
just tried tracert to microsoft.com and it timed out after so many hops again, but with at a different server.
Heh, I didn't post any trace route results.
oh sorry, you didn't, it was someone else.
what is this:
3 54 ms 54 ms 343 ms crohmnfd01
that one really bugs me. the ip address changes for that also.
it could be a router.
whatever it is, it belongs to sprint. i was hoping it wasn't some weird thing that i shouldn't be hitting.
