You don't say which your grill uses, but both propane and natural gas burn slightly hotter than 3500F, so either way, an air temperature a mere 50° lower than "normal" isn't going to make much difference.😀 You should obviously get whatever you're cooking back inside ASAP after it's done, though, since it will of course cool off much more quickly at 20-30 degrees air temperature than it would during warmer weather or at indoor room temperature...I wanna fire up my grill and just do steaks for my fam on xmas.
