Give me a break, Grey's Anatomy is basically a softcore sex sitcom that throws in one of these suspense filled episodes to help justify the professional end of it.
How many episodes have you watched ? It has very little softcore sex if at all during episodes. Maybe 1 scene every 3-5 episodes where someone is even in their underwear.

It is a relationship/personality show with light comedy. The best reason to watch it is because of the writing. The narrative at the beginning always ties in at the end with a good story between multiple characters and that's what's clever about it. Not sex.

To call it just a softcore sex show would be missing the mark by about 80%.

Some people are just ultra conservative about what they see on television. You know the type: will only watch TBN because all other stations are the devil. ;) j/k j/k

Not necessarily. They even made reference to the oxygen tanks that were all over that area which could have amplified the explosion a good bit. No, it likely wouldn't have leveled the entire hospital but with the types of equipment stored in those environments, the damage could have been substantial.

Not to mention the oxygen lines running throughout the OR's not just the tanks, tho we have emergency cut off switches to those.

The whole pink mist dialouge was fvcked up.

First time I've seen that show, I wasn't overly impressed.

I had the same impression. Didn't actually watch the show-was listening and trying to read while my wife was watching it. When the whole "pink mist" scene came on, all I could think of was what sort of moron would intentionally try to freak out someone in te same room with a bomb on her hands? Or more accurately, what sort of moron scriptwriter would compose such a scene? Or write the plot device where the other man didn't even casually mention what his buddy had in his chest until way after he got to the hospital? What sort of morons do they have for police or EMT's in that city?

Not impressed at all-seemed like basic TV pablum.

Well I like to watch DH and early on would see some of GA when it first started airing afterwards and it just seemed like everything was more sex based then even Housewives is! I like House, I like E.R., but it seemed like the writers unnescessariy featured sex with with the Asian and Grey. (not together :() So if the show changed since that maybe I'll catch up on it, but to me it just made the whole thing seem cheesy and over-emotional.

I saw the show last night, have to say it was pretty good but I still like "House" better, must be because they're different types of shows..

90% of the "medicine" in GA is complete BS. It's more of a Soap opera/Drama that takes place in a hospital (Genreal Hospital) then a Medical Drama (ER).

House, IMO, is the best show on TV. I pretty much watch that, The Office, and Earl. Everything else is shat.

House would be better if it wasnt so repetitive.

Holy crap that explosion was pretty wild.

WAT? IT EXPLODED???

yeah it was pretty cool. Plus, they DID do an xray of the guy with the missle in his chest.

and the oxygen line ran right underneath the room they were in, that's how the whole place could've blown.

I'm waiting for O'Malley to come out of the closet. He needs to stop fighting it

Loved the tie-in in the end where the girls where in the shower taking care of Meredith. Awesome touch in my eyes. Though Derek would come out and profess his undying love to Meredith, but I guess we will have a wait a bit longer. Perhaps the last episode of this season or the next. Wonder what the ratings are going to be for this episode.

I'm watching the 2nd half of the show tonight. They showed a preview of the 1st part and apparently there was a shower scene with all the female doctors... nice!

on the back of the name tags of EVERY employee there, is a list of every code that they have, black, red, pink, orange etc. and they say what they do. and when the two interns were in the elevator asking "whats that" i just went, WTFBBQ even i know where to look, and i was only in an E.R. for 3 weeks just walking about doing nothing.

Yeah when I saw the commercial I went to my name tag and checked the back and sure enough.....no code black listed.
