Great, I just discovered I have another stress related problem..

I cannot believe out of all the members at ATOT, Dug was perma banned. A couple of weeks for a tasteless joke maybe but this was a bit harsh.

I mean, comon.

take a good quality multivitamin with B vitamins, selenium and zinc picolinate. Selenium and zinc often seem to get rid of dandruff. TwinLab is a good brand for vitamins. Look for them in a health food shop. Look for sinz picolinate, it is better absorbed than other forms of zinc. Also, how difficult is it to use an anti-dandruff shampoo? Like Head & Shoulders or similar product.

I've used all sorts of those shampoos, they don't really work. Neutrogena, apple vinegar cidar, what ever, doesn't work. I mean they work but it doesn't last too long and If I wash my hair/scalp too often, it dries out. Infact, evertime I get out of the shower, tiny bit of skin here and there on my face begins to flake off, mainly in my 'T' zone, not sure why, it's wierd because I have acne and skin flaking... I swear to god it's been caused by the stress during the years, mostly because of my procrastination issues.
Most likely not dry skin, it's probably seborrheic dermatitis. I get it sometimes in my face around my nose. I've found that washing my face twice a day and using 1% hydrocortisone cream when it flares up keeps it under control.

That's not fair. His post certainly relieved stress.

Agreed, that was not ban worthy.

they will most likely review, talk amongst themselves, and let him back.

i remember this happening to another long time member who said something retarded and even re-registered to come back and bitch about his banning and after he pleaded like a little baby they allowed him back.

No, most of my stress I'd say is my fault. Technically speaking if I didn't have school I likely wouldn't have any stress, then again I may find that my anxiety caused by my fear of not succeeding would then take over.. 🙁 I think I got this trait from my dad... :/

You must be a hit with ALL the ladies...

Dug NEEDS to come back. He gave more to these forums than 99% of the people here. (aside from mechbgone and some others) But that was NOWHERE near fair.

If you read TFNN dug was not banned for this one thing, he was banned before for previous problems, this was the straw that broke the camels back. Just to set the record straight. As for his ban, I hope we will see him around again in either the near or far future. 🙂

Can I get a link or a paraphrase? I'm lazy, but as you can see, I've started supporting dug777's liberation and want to see if I should continue.

I read through the post on TTFN and they mention that he's been given vacations a number of times but he says he's been on good behavior the past few months and points out his contributions to the video forum here.

I still think a perma-ban was kind of harsh.
