Most likely not dry skin, it's probably seborrheic dermatitis. I get it sometimes in my face around my nose. I've found that washing my face twice a day and using 1% hydrocortisone cream when it flares up keeps it under control.Originally posted by: goku

take a good quality multivitamin with B vitamins, selenium and zinc picolinate. Selenium and zinc often seem to get rid of dandruff. TwinLab is a good brand for vitamins. Look for them in a health food shop. Look for sinz picolinate, it is better absorbed than other forms of zinc. Also, how difficult is it to use an anti-dandruff shampoo? Like Head & Shoulders or similar product.
I've used all sorts of those shampoos, they don't really work. Neutrogena, apple vinegar cidar, what ever, doesn't work. I mean they work but it doesn't last too long and If I wash my hair/scalp too often, it dries out. Infact, evertime I get out of the shower, tiny bit of skin here and there on my face begins to flake off, mainly in my 'T' zone, not sure why, it's wierd because I have acne and skin flaking... I swear to god it's been caused by the stress during the years, mostly because of my procrastination issues.

No, most of my stress I'd say is my fault. Technically speaking if I didn't have school I likely wouldn't have any stress, then again I may find that my anxiety caused by my fear of not succeeding would then take over..I think I got this trait from my dad... :/

Can I get a link or a paraphrase? I'm lazy, but as you can see, I've started supporting dug777's liberation and want to see if I should continue.

What does Loke have anything to do with it, and why is he a legend now?
