Sorry for the wall of text, but look at my temps, and gpu core clock, and how they throttle with boost.

Is it normal to see the clock jump down to 500 like that while a 3d program is running?

Could this also cause the frame stuttering in Crossfire that everyone is seeing the spikes on in the fraps programs?

That is not all the log file, just excerpts from the 15 minute benchmark.

Do the same testing with , for example Unigene Heaven 4.0, with Furmark, AMD and Nvdia, deal with the .exe differently. To stop user induced over-heating.

That does look weird. My first guess is you're hitting the 300W TDP limit and PowerTune is throttling you down. Furmark and other benchmarks are notorious for forcing GPUs to draw incredible amounts of power, and they used to make GPUs throttle for that reason not too long ago. It seems to be gone now, but I'm not so sure.

Either way, how sure are you that your PSU can handle your cards? There's definitely nothing wrong with the core temps and at 1050 I very much doubt you have a problem with VRM temps, but it doesn't hurt to check it out.

Not considering PowerTune, I guess the options are PSU supplying insufficient power, driver issue or faulty card.

This is normal. Most GPUs will throttle Furmark automatically when it is detected. I believe you can run GPU-Z with a command line parameter to disable throttling, but if you don't do this it will usually run at 2d clock speeds.

My max temp is only 67C during the 15 minute bench. I am testing other programs now.

Its a Corsair HX1000, that should be plenty.

I ran CCcleaner, and I am having problems with Unigene at this second, I will sort it out.

Using a few 3dMark 11 tests, I get a couple of cuts, not like the Furmark, but they are still there.

If you really want to run furmark you should set powertune to +20% and then run GPU-Z with whatever the command line parameter is to disable throttling. I don't remember what it is (command line parameter) but I remember having to use it with the GTX 580 a couple of years ago, which also throttled furmark IIRC.

I am getting a bunch of flashing, and some corrupt textures at times. That is why I was testing Furmark to see if there was anything showing up. It tested clean.

Furmark and the like aren't the great stability tests they advertise themselves to be. They use your card in a much different way than games do. If you're getting artifacts your OC just isn't stable, no matter if Furmark tells you otherwise.

Deadspace 3 is the worst, but no, its random. I rolled my drivers back, and it helped, but not cured. I am even getting random corruptions in 3dMark. It almost looks like the card is clocked too high, and the chip's don't want to take it.
