The comment about the S60R.... I wouldn't get one, at least not how they currently are, tons of body roll, car is too heavy to enjoy, etc.

As for the S4, go take a look and drive it however it was way too big of a car for my tastes, didn't have outstanding amounts of power either, this is in reference to 05 models anyway.

Who fault is the accident?

Get an older land yacht such as an Impala/Crown Victoria if you are accident prone and save your money for medical/life insurance. Owing a 4WD/AWD doesn't mean that you can drive fast in ice/snow, because it doesn't give you a lot more stoping/cornering power than FWD/RWD.

You're right and I make fun of the people who think they are invincible with 4wd.
I'm just looking to not get stuck like I do now.

and the accident was unfortunately my fault :(
