You know what I'm up for???

A REAL LIFE GAME OF COUNTERSTRIKE!!!

Of course, they'd be the terrorists and all the family members would be the counter terrorists. And to make things interesting, since the snipers shot at innocent, unarmed people, I say that we throw the f*&kers in a .5 x .5 mile area with no weapons wearing bright orange clothing. Then let the family members go at them with any weapon they choose. Sniper rifles, grenades, rocket launchers, WHATEVER!!!

No trial, no jail time, none of that bullsh!t. Just good clean REVENGE! :D And the person that score the final kill gets score the $500,000 reward money which would of course go to their favorite charity.

Uh oh, one of them's a minor. Supreme court case over whether or not to destroy the minor? Slim chance... but we can hope.

Man-gang-raped.

Hey, they gotta shower sometime ... now if you'll excuse me, I need to distract the guards for awhile with some pr0n mags while Lance, Troy, Tyrone, Bubba, and Julian "go to work" on those two ...

Every letter started with 5 stars. It's supposed to be the sign of some band that talks about death a lot. Anyone know what band?

I hope they do. Release these guys to the gereral public. Just give an acurate discription of the time and place. Things will work out in the end.

They will be sent to Baltimore MD for prosecution. Unfortunately, our dumb Governor (Glendenning) has put the death penalty on hold so...

I could think of a lot of things that could be done to these psychos. However, I will not discuss them publicly.

Cheers!

Hey guys, I understand your anger for this guy, but please...stay civil. Everyone has a right to a fair trial in the U.S....and for all we know this guy could be innocent - framed in other words. It isn't like authorities haven't been wrong before.

So don't start crucifying him yet, give this thing some time.

Supreme court just recently said (5-4 vote) that a 16 or 17 yr old minor can be executed.

They didn't actually come out and say it. There was a case where a 16 year old was up for execution (this year) and they would not hear the case letting the lower court ruling stand that it was constitutional.

I'll likely be flamed for the following post and for my crazy, leftist, liberal beliefs, but I think someone has to say it:

1. Death penalty is the easy way out. Why not let them suffer for the rest of their lives over the lives they destroyed? I'm sure everyone has thought of this, but isn't it a bit hypocritical to kill due to killing?

2. More importantly than point 1, I'm a little frightened by the total lack of regard for the judicial system and due process that is being displayed in this thread. Granted, a lot of it is useless, testosterone driven comments said in anger for the horrible deeds that these men likely perpetrated, but I think that the punishment is too great to simply slap them with the guilty verdict without any chance. All evidence is showing that they are guilty, but it has been less than 24 hours. Too often people are wrongly accused of crimes that they did not commit because of public outrage. Similarly, too often people are acquitted of terrible crimes, but I think there is more that can be done to ensure that the other does not happen. Just think, would you want to be accused, tried, and found guilty of crimes you did not commit due to some freak coincidence?

It seems to me that in this day and age the media has become integral into the judicial system acting as a force that makes suspects in high profile cases guilty until proven innocent as opposed to way things should be. Remember a few days ago the 'sniper' that they caught? I kept hearing around school, on TV, in the paper, and in my home that 'they caught the snipers.' I, however, remained skeptical, and it turned out that I was right - I'm just glad that they never released the names of the 'sniper' that ended up NOT being the sniper.

That said, all early evidence is pointing towards these two 'men' being the true snipers and I hope, if they are the snipers, that they are found guilty and given the maximum penalty possible (this side of the death penalty - which seems to not be in effect in MD anyway). If these men are the snipers, it goes without saying that what they did is atrocious, unfathomably inhumane - don't take this post to be a defense of anything that they may have done.

link? There were some cases involving people 16/17 at the time they committed the crime, but I dont remember anything regarding the actual execution of a minor.

Peel all his (their) fingernails off. Shave all his body hair, then gag him with it. Then, go 19th century style on him-put in those public shackles (forgot what they're called), and leave em in the middle of times square in New York. The public can walk by and do whatever they want to him, provided they don't kill him. After he's been thoroughly humiliated and endured unspeakable pain, then we tar and feather him til his skin suffocates and he slowly, painfully dies.

just accidently burn him. no trial, he'll plead no guilty due to insanity or some damn rare disease that could get him off the hook.

The 17 year old is an illega alien who according to federal law should have been deported immediately after he was under INS custody in December 2001. The adult suspect gave the FBI an important clue when be referenced a shooting in Montgomery, Alabama.

Who's your Daddy? - I think after he heard that about 5,000 times, he'd realize the activities he was involved with were certainly not worth it.

There was a big stink here in Texas a few months back when we executed a Mexican citizen who had been found guilty of murder. He spent several years on death row before that. Mexican government was none-too-happy about it, and wanted him deported back to them. I think there was also a similar situation with a Canadian citizen. I'll see if I can track down some linkage for either of those. I seriously doubt that they are going to let issues of citizenship impede his being tried. There is also the issue of the murder they are suspected for in Alabama. I believe Alabama has the death penalty. They will likely be tried in both jurisdictions.

I think this falls squarely in the realm of Cruel and Unusual Punishment :)

Yeah, but what will be his line? - "If the bullet doesn't fit, then we must acquit." Actually, Johnny Cochran does have a law firm in D.C. I really hope that he stays out of this one - along with Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Luis Farrakhan - gee, did I leave anyone out?

now that we got him, what do we do with him? it's a little bit sad that no matter what happens to him... all the choas and agony he caused can never be reversed. its like even the most horrible punishment i can think of won't help a lick. i just wanna kick in the nutsack.
