80 in a 55(it's put this low so cops can get moniez) and following too closely.

Both were bullshit(Especially following too closely). There were about 3 other guys in the vicinity as well who were all laserin' away. All well... Maybe I'll sell the car and move early up to Seattle if my insurance goes apeshit and if I can't win this one. 😛 New door opens... >_>

Oh, and the ticket is $600 all together. My butthole grew 3 sizes today.

Oh, and I am a superior driver. Just because I get a speeding ticket doesn't mean I can't drive. It just means I drive over the posted speed limit(which everyone does).
 
I might be able to sympathize if it were 60 or 70. But at 80 you pretty much know you are speeding and are taking the risk.
 
Now you see why I drive so damn slow. You know that one jerk who drives exactly the speed limit through construction zones, like 35mph when everyone else is going 50mph? I'm that guy. Speeding tickets suck. The people behind me can suck it.

You said in another thread you were driving so fast you thought you were going to die at every turn. That's hardly the actions of a 'superior' driver, it's more typical of a young idiot driver that wants to test the limit of the first car he got his hands on.

As for the tickets both being BS, good luck convincing a judge of that. There may have been 3 other cars going fast but he still caught you going over the limit by 25 mph. It doesn't matter that the was somebody else going a similar speed, you got pulled over because you were over the limit by a pretty large amount. 55 isn't normal on a freeway so I would bet that you were going this fast on those backroads you were talking about. 80 on highways isn't too bad but 80 on surface roads with any driveways or at grade crossings is moronic.

From your little driving experience I wouldn't be surprised if you were following too close, you need a pretty big amount of room at 80. I bet that one was justified too.

I'm glad to see something finally caught up to you after you've been bragging about doing irresponsible things in your car.
 
Sorry to hear that bro - This is why I drive slow ass heavy duty trucks. Only tickets I got is in my wife's Mercedes fells like 40 when you're doing 90.

As a side question do you guys go over the speed limit because you guys are purposely doing so or do you guys have some kind of trouble controlling the gas pedal?

Why not use cruise control?
