beating a guido is never a bad thing. did his lips curl up before or after you punched him?

i don't condone violence, but good job.

btw, wtf are they teaching in school these days?? no male is ever going to grow up and do dishes. that is what dishwashers and women are for.

Just as you generalized the whole group as 'guidos and football heads', you sound like a loner type who thinks he's superior than everyone (typical defense mechanism for loners).

I mean this. Reread what I just wrote and see how true that is.

I like this. I do this all the time, but recognized it and want to change

You did the right thing. Everyone gets into fights in school, its typical. And at least you will not get respect. If you let people walk over you in school you will not get respect and would end up being bullied/ridiculed.

On the first day of school you neeed to pick out a kid that looks tough, but not too tough, and shank him. That's the only way people will leave you alone.

Everyone knows this.

Don't you mean, "At least you will get respect"?

Fight wasn't over donuts, it was forcing a volunteer to continue working for the group. The teacher should have posted a rotation (though it might very well not be enforceable).
Getting angry over coercion is a right.
Whether fighting will effect any benefit, never know the consequences of a fight.

I like your style. Would you be interested in a nice jacket with a scorpion logo on the back?

Can't decide if I should make Ender's Game or Fight Club reference.

Cooking is a survival skill, and date bait. Saves money and increases quality of life.

Dish washers cost money to run. Another budget issue on your own.

Doing dishes will be part of any serious relationship, if you think not you will be lonely or divorced.

Just the way it is.

If it's true and not in your brain...then GOOD JOB!

Kids in HS are like wolves in a pack...constantly trying to assert their dominance within the HS pack.

When you beat up on one of these "fake" leaders, they'll almost always leave you alone and respect you.

I've seen many bullies/jocks get humiliated in a serious ass beating by some skinny quiet kid who knows karate/boxing. It's awesome to watch and see the bully's status wither to nothing and then see him get picked on, since his status has gone to shit. LOL.

In Boston HS's, for instance, you can't go through 4 years without getting into a fist fight. It's part of life and a way you learn to stand up for yourself. By the time you're 18, you're a confident badass who doesn't take shit from anybody no matter how big or small you are or they are. You're ultimately respected for giving and taking a beating but never ever backing down.

I'd just like to know how you became their dedicated dishwashing bitch in the first place. You shoulda nipped that in the bud a long time ago.

this, there are better ways to defend yourself and it starts with how you let people treat you.

also, just like the kung fu movies, it is never okay to physically attack someone unless it is for your own offense. To choke slam someone and make them bleed because they threw a donut at you means you crossed a line, in the adult world you could go to jail for a very long time.

if it were me I would've told him I'm not doing a food fight today and walked away. It is important to recognize when someone doesn't know boundaries, and tends to escalate things, and to be the bigger man and tone it down
