i feel so freaking depressed... got the boot from work today for being late and i feel really stupid for making these mistakes:-/ told my mom and she is angry bashing me how i am such a lowlife and i will never become anything🙁 going a lil over the borderline.. (she always thinks of me like this.. just cant stand it:\) i just didnt become what she wanted me to..

at library right now thinking of running away for a lil while...my dad will come home later tonite.. and i want to tell him in front of face b4 i run away but i just cant stand anymore negativity:-\

btw i worked for bank of america.

If you are 18 or older there is no such thing as running away. It is called leaving the nest.

BTW, grow up and show up for work on time. Your employer is depending on your presence.
 
Well, are you determined to learn from your mistakes? Then tell your parents that. Face the music and then move on. Let them yell because if you try to delay it you'll probably hear it even worse.

Being fired for chronic lateness is a sign of immaturity. We've all done stupid things, but the important thing is to learn from it and avoid the things that cause you to do them.

and i applied for more jobs im sure i can find a job soon w/ my skills on my resume. but the fact is that even my own blood does not udnerstand me and the mental instability and torture they put me thru i cant take it anymore nor i would like to anymore


i know i am not a perfect child but she does not seem to understand my potention nor my personality nor my beliefs she does not respect anyone..

i hate how those parents try to "help" their kids by being so negative to them.

that being said, if you are > 18, get a different job and move out.

if you are under 18, do well in school, get into college and move out.

no kidding, if youre late often enough to be fired for it, it *is* your fault after all. it doesnt take much to get your ass up on time to be at work.

stop being such a pussy, really, get another job and get it right from now on. im not sure about anyone else here...but if i got fired for being too lazy to be somewhere on time, i wouldnt expect much from my parents other than complaining
