Is that in your GS400? If so, I don't feel so bad. I just filled up today - last tank was 13.675mpg. Of course, that is in a 3/4 ton crew cab 4x4. ;)

I was getting 16-18 mpg per tank on my 318is, then I changed the thermostat and I've been getting 30mpg city and 40+ highway. Car was never reaching operating temperature.

Volvo V70 T5 and I get around 27 mpg (mostly highway). I get about 400 miles out of a tank but I do 400 miles a week so I gotta refill every Monday.

I get 100 more miles than that on half the gas.

either out of tune, really tuned, or you are 'racing' every sportscar next to you at a light and 'winning'.

G35 coupe here. Getting 15mpg :(

Then again, I have to turn the AC up a lot since it is topping 100 degrees here. That must contribute to that low mileage.

no, a/c would not impact epa ratings. The temp may a bit though....but a heavy foot and/or late shifting is the culprit probably.

Wow, that's low. My coupe gets around 19 MPG with bumper to bumper traffic and AC.

IIRC, aren't you in HS, or just graduated? You have a G35?

in my 98 Nissan 240SX SE I get usually 16-19 in my 10mile or less a day commute each way...I play though so that's understandable esp with more than 10 stoplights during that.

My best cruising usually 100mph+ on trips as been 23-24ish.

I don't even want to know what my actual MPG is on my Crossfire. All I know is I put about $120/mo of Mobil premium gas into it. :D

I'm getting like 8mpg now :( I drive up and down very steep hills to and from school. You might think it would average out to be OK, but its a relatively short distance and there are crosswalks every so often that I must stop for, so I don't really even get to coast down the hills.

I get just over 27 MPG on my Civic and I'm not liking it, especially since I stayed under 3000RPM....I wonder if that is normal
