You seriously need to let it go dood. You said yourself you have bluetooth internet or whatever so the wireless stuff doesn't affect you personally, and here you go trying to play hero for your classmates? The dean is right you should have gone through your student government. The MIS person asked for a meeting and you went ape on her. You also seem to be forgetting something very very important: that woman works in a building full of current and future doctors. You think she doesn't feel insecure about that at times? She can and will do everything in her power to beat you in a pissing match if nothing else but for her pride, because she has little to lose. And she will (and probably does right now) feel great about ratting you out and getting you written up, AND having the dean on her side. All her coworkers probably know all about this now and it's probably being talked about throughout the building over coffee amongst the staff. You better learn to have staff people love you because it's the front office and behind the scenes people who can make your career easy, or hard.
