The point was, you are whining that its X amount more a month when the OP's post was that the phone only cost on dollar. Up front, its a buck. It's no big surprise you pay a monthly charge for the phone, especially when it shows that on the same page.
As for the $27.00 monthly charge, people spend that in a day or two on food. People spend 4x that on cable TV a month. If its the monthly charge you are worried about, cut it out somewhere else if it bothers you or don't buy the phone.
Christ, I'm not talking about or have I made a debate about what you spend or anyone else at starbucks or a meal in a day.
Who the hell is whining? Stop creating arguments by yourself.
The phone is not a 1 dollar as the cost is rolled into the plan. It can be broken down as with the device payment per month. This is something the OP did not understand. That is the POINT.
And on point, if the OP were more savvy he could have bought a better phone if he took the real device cost into consideration.
