Well it does logically follow from the belief that God is omnipotent and micromanages everything.

It depends on his viewpoint of life - many people (religious and non-religious) believe that life is predetermined and we are simply acting out the choices already made for us even if we do not realize we are. He could be from that camp, though I doubt it.

He is an idiot to say that God's intentions are for people to be raped. That is stupid, as rape is one of the items God lists as a sexual deviant practice and therefor has called a sin. My best guess is he talked without thinking - but if he honestly thinks thanks he really does not understand the Christian (I assume he is Christian) God at all.

I do agree with him in that we should not execute one human for the crimes committed by that human's father. No civilized society should do this, yet we do. It is a sad commentary on our society.

So a woman impregnated by rape should be forced to deliver the baby?

If you truly believe that life begins at conception then you have to believe that.

Just like if you are pro-choice because a woman can do what she wants with her body you have to support legal 8.9 month abortions for any reason.

Unless you feel it is justifiable to execute a human for the crimes committed by that human's father, you have to agree with me. So the question comes back to you, do you feel it is justifiable to execute a human for the crimes of that human's father?

I do not believe it is a human until it can survive outside the mothers womb by itself so murder not found.

A fetus doesn't develop into a human for a while...

What species is it before it turns into a human? Mind you, that is has only human DNA in it and is a 100% unique expression of that human DNA.

But please, tell us what species humans start out as before they magically change and become human.

Its an embryo not a human being.

No, actually, I don't. False dichotomies are a sure sign that you're dealing with a propagandist.

I can believe that the rights of the rape victim outweigh the "rights" of a ball of cells. And I do.

Who called it murder, other than you? It is a lawful killing of another human, so it is not murder.

You are also wrong, once the sperm and egg combine, the resulting cell is a human cell - and a unique one (ie, not the mother). Genetic testing would reveal this to be true. I believe you are confusing human with human being. The human does not become a being (and therefor gain rights) until birth.

I believe that killing a human for the crimes committed by that human's father is barbaric and should not be allowed. You disagree with me and have no problem with doing this.

I believe the state forcing a rape victim into carrying an unwanted baby to term is barbaric -- and in some cases could be potentially even more damaging than the rape itself -- and should not be allowed.

"ball of cells"...you claim I am the propagandist and then you use such a moronic term. You like making yourself look foolish, I see.

I know you understand that this "ball of cells" is a unique human - you yourself were once one of these "balls of cells", so stop pretending you are extremely stupid and do not actually understand.

What you are saying is that you feel it is fine to execute a human for the crimes of its father. Man up and admit it...don't hide behind your normal façade if feigned idiocy.

Then you admit you are for killing a human due to the crimes committed by that human's father.

I'm firmly in this camp. A woman can do what she wants with her body. We have 7 billion living humans on this planet who take priority over a clump of cells and tissue, whether you believe those living cells/tissue are a human or not.

It's quite similar in practice to the gay marriage issue. Allowing gay marriage doesn't impact straight marriage, just like allowing abortions doesn't impact women giving birth.

Using late-term abortion as a pro-life argument is a straw man. Almost 99% of all abortions in the US occur before the 20 week mark, and a overwhelming majority of those before the 12 week mark.

And you admit that you are for the state enslaving rape victims and exposing them to potential permanent physical and psychological harm on top of already having been raped.

Glad we got that cleared up.

I admit that it is far worse to execute a human for the crimes committed by the father of that human than it is for a raped woman to give birth.

You admit the opposite. You admit that it is far worse for a raped woman to give birth than to execute a human for the crimes committed by the father of that human.

I feel that purposefully and knowingly executing a human for a crime that the human did not commit is wrong. You disagree and think it is not wrong.

We will never see eye to eye on this with you holding that view.

Oh, and saying one human cannot execute another human for not committing a crime does not mean we are instituting slavery. I understand your anger and hate overpowered your mind again so you turned stupid, but I wanted to point it out so you can correct yourself.

No, I don't think it is "not wrong". I just think it is less wrong than destroying a woman's life further by forcing her to carry a baby resulting from a rape to term.

We will never see eye to eye on this with you holding that view.

That's right, we won't.

Oh, and saying one human cannot execute another human for not committing a crime does not mean we are instituting slavery.

Yes, it does. Pregnancy is physically and psychologically demanding, and can be risky. Then, even after the pregnancy is over, the woman gets to be haunted for the rest of her life by the incident. It makes it even harder to get over the trauma.

Your position would allow the state to force a woman -- a rape victim -- to carry a baby to term that she does not want. If you have no control over your body, you're a slave.

Anti-body-choice is pro-slavery. Period.

So I take you support a woman having a 9month abortion if she so chooses for any reason?

Executing an innocent human for a crime that human did not commit is less wrong? Wow.

:D You really ARE this stupid. Wow, I thought you were just pretending. I apologize for overstating your intellect.
