I ran across Goozex in a thread in the Free Stuff forum; it was posted there because they're giving new users enough points at signup to get a game for free. That was about 2 months ago and since then I've traded off 5 games and received 2, so now that I?m experienced with the site I figured I would take a moment to type up my thoughts for those who haven't heard of it yet. I've seen the Goozex name dropped here and there in random threads, but it?s good enough to have its own thread I think!
So after you sign up you use their site to locate the games you own and add them to your library, and any games you want to your request list. Every game has a point value which translates to 5$ per 100 points, and you earn points by trading away games or purchasing them at the store. Once you add a game to either your requests or library you get placed in the queue, where you wait for so many turns to get a game you?ve requested or you wait your turn until someone requests game that you have. At that point you can either accept or decline the trade, and if you accept it you have up to 3 days to ship the game off (at your own expense). Adding delivery confirmation grants you a pretty comprehensive protection plan where if a game is lost or you get scammed somehow you?ll more than likely end up getting your points back. That is a big advantage when compared to other trading methods.
Once a trade is complete you earn feedback points based on the condition of the game when the buyer receives it. New users to the site have their points held in escrow until they receive positive feedback, but after only 2 successful trades you get bumped up a feedback level and receive the points as soon as you accept the trade. Higher feedback levels allow you to request and send more games at once (new users are limited to 2 trades in each direction to prevent scamming of the system).
Like I said above, I?ve done a total of 7 trades and so far everything has gone great. In the past I?ve sold on eBay, Half.com, CAG Forums and GameStop, and I like Goozex better than all of those alternatives.

Doesn?t hurt to sign up to get the free game, you might end up liking it and sticking around!
