but I have the vast majority of my friends on MSN, and I encourage my family to use MSN because of the built-in remote assistance.. I can fix their problems remotely so easily thru it.

I really do like Gmails interface though, clean.

What I want out of a messenger:

Remote Assistance (required)
Audio
Video
Ability to change your name, unlike AIM

Thats all. But I dont see GTalk getting remote assistance?
