I like some of the little features, but they have a long way to go in page compatibility. IE8 Beta 2 isn't as fast, but it seems to be working with everything. I liked Chrome at first, but it's rating is sinking lower and lower with me 🙁

Most annoying: On our Intranet, you have to log into EVERY FRAME ON THE PAGE to see them. LOL!

Chrome's "Omnibar" can also access all keystrokes a user types, and Google will store some of this information along with IP addresses.

I just got back from being on the road all week, so this is my first time in Chrome - seems cool so far but I've already had an error so we'll see just how much of an "improvement" this is. Otherwise, FF3, I still love you.

What's with the lack of posts today? I'm gone for a few days and the neffing slows to a crawl.

Chrome has now "frozen" in the same manner as earlier, so I'm going to give up using it on this laptop. Hopefully it doesn't exhibit the same issue on my home PC as I like the speed and functionality of Chrome.

I am having some trouble with Flash video and multiple tabs in chrome. In Firefox I could have youtube open in the background playing music or whatever and could still switch quickly between the other tabs I had open. In chrome if I try and switch to fast or have multiple tabs open it either freezes, crashes or is just laggy as hell. Hopefully that will get fixed soon. I recently discovered just how good their download manager system is, really like it.

There's a new version available. I went to the "About" page and it said that a new version was available. I hit update and voila.

Something odd going on with Chrome for me. I can't use the scroll bar on my touchpad properly. It scrolls down but then refuses to scroll up. I use it all the time too so I hope this is fixed fairly soon, until then I'll still be on FF.

Me too.

I was just going to ask if it was just me or what. I just got a new laptop and wondered if maybe that was it. FF and everything else works fine so I thought I'd ask.

It is a major annoyance for me, make it almost unusable.

I like how it maximizes vertical space by putting tabs on the title bar and hiding the status bar when it's not necessary. I'm on a widescreen monitor so every bit of extra vertical browsing space helps.

I kind of miss having a separate search bar. Doing google searches with the address bar works fine, but it's nice to be able to choose different search engines from a drop down, like wikipedia or ebay.

I wish there were a way to have quick access to your bookmarks via a button next to home/refresh/back/forward instead of having to enable the Booksmarks toolbar which wastes A LOT of valuable screen real estate just to get the "Other Bookmarks" button to have quick access to the bookmarks.

Is anyone else having this problems: every few days, Google Chrome completely forgets its cookies which logs me out of every site I visit.

haven't had that problem, been using it at work since it was released. oddly enough, my foxmarks can't seem to remember my password anymore.. and this happened after I installed chrome....

I really like it but unfortunately on my laptop, using the scroller sensor pad (the right edge of the touchpad that scrolls) with it the page moves too fast down and doesn't move at all up, so I have to manually click the arrow to scroll.

Couldn't you always use the arrow keys on your keyboard?

I have this prob too, and yes we could, but once in the touchpad habit it's pretty annoying for something so basic that works in every other app to be broken.

Error

Ok, I get this weird error box every time I open up the Igoogle home page now in Chrome. Logging in to my account doesn't work. What's the deal?

Thought about reinstalling, but wondering if anyone else has seen it.
