For one of them it says it can't be used wet/dry, yet it can be washed with water.Oh, also, which ones have a pop-up trimmer? Only that last one mentions it in the specifications.
Ok, this is how I see things after visiting all 3 product pages.
The ES8025SC and ES8023SC are pretty much the exact same thing, the ES8025SC is priced $10 more because it has a voltage feature so that it can be used in the U.S. or in Europe (110v through 240v) While the latter, ...23SC only works on 110-120v lines, for the most part, in the US. And the only other difference is, the cheaper one's battery lasts for 7 shaves, while the other lasts for 12, which isn't a big deal.
Now, the ES8017SC has a pop-out trimmer, but the others have a Full Width Trimmer?, not sure if this is the pop-out type or not. Another thing is, this one is listed as NO for wet/dry, meaning you shouldn't take it into the shower as the WHOLE thing can't get wet, but obviously you allowed to clean the head with water whenever it needs to be cleaned. It also does NOT come with a stand. This one also has the voltage conversion feature, for 110v-240v, but if you live in the US, you don't need it. $90, probably isn't worth it. (MSRP that is)
From looking them over, the ES8023SC $79.99 MSRP looks reasonable. It has a 5-minute quick charge, battery only lasts for 7 shaves, but that is good enough, comes with a stand, and has a low battery indicator, which is good enough, no need for the 5-stage led indicator like the more expensive one has.
They all have the same motor, and use the same blades, so no differences there.
This is all just my take on things and my opinion, but it looks from these product pages that the ES8023SC is the one to buy. You don't need the ES8025SC if you live in the US, as you won't put the voltage conversion feature to use. This one does infact have a sideburn trimmer.

[edit] The one I picked got good epinions too, even though a lot of people on epionions write some crummy reviews, at least the ones about this shaver were all positive. link to epinions page about this shaver [/edit]
[edit2] There's one on ebay right now with current bid of $41 (the ES8023SC that is) and it's brand new, unopened packaging. Shipping is a rip off at $10, It'll probably reach $60-70 and then add on the $10 shipping, heck, I think i'll buy it from wal-mart for $79.96, Wal-mart would take it back 3 months later if I don't like it, heh [/edit2]
