Good literature?

I get most of my knowledge from here, the forums at bodybuilding.com, and the Rippetoe SS book, but sometimes I yearn for a little more, so I'm looking for a couple good books to read and reference.

Even better though, are there any good pdfs out there or e-newsletters? Are there good magazines?

Love to hear everybody's recommendations/what forums you frequent or what literature you subscribe to and read!

Arnold had a great book. Read the training for newbies, nutrition for newbies, and recovery for newbies articles on T-Nation.com

Most forums are filled with misinformation. I swear everytime I go to bodybuilding.com forums I see something even more ridicilious than the last time and it never ceases to amaze me some of the things people come up with. Really now about the only one I really visit is Lyle McDonalds, but there are a few other good ones, depending on what exactly your main focus is on. For e-newsletters, nothing beats Alan Aragon's monthly research review. It does cost $10 a month, but it's definitely worth it for no-BS information. I also keep up to date on Lyle McDonalds articles, Matt Perryman who actually has a free eBook via torrent on his website, Martin Berkhan of leangains, Kelly Baggett, and a few others. As for books, it depends on what exactly your goals are, what you want to learn about, etc.

Bodybuilding.com has a ton of crap but there ARE some helpful members and some helpful information. Just have to turn on your bs-filter =)

I understand there are also other forums online like t-muscle and wannagetbig... haven't visited much though.
