I've sold the gigabyte aurora at the place I work. It seems a bit simplistic to me actually. The features on it seem like alot, but once you start reading reviews, you realize how little "useful" stuff is actually there. (customizeable led projection plate? what for!?) It's also kinda useless unless you decide to watercool.
I live in toronto, and I get my stuff from NCIX, which is in vancouver. They do price matching, and shipping is reasonable. You probably could get stuff for even less.
Anyways, since you don't like plastic cases, the P180 is out the window (my case). The thermalrock eclipse isn't bad, although it's also kinda bland when it comes to "modern conveniences".
If you think the temjin is out of your price range, then don't even consider high end Lian Li's with the mobo trays =P. Why not try dedicate a bit more budget to the case? It's practically the only thing you keep upgrade after upgrade.
Oh and about modern conveniences. They don't actually convenience you unless you REGULARLY open up your case. The first time you build it isn't worth the extra $150 you're paying for it. Tooless assembly is overrated if you ask me. If you have atleast 25 screwdrivers in your house, you shouldn't be building computers anyways. I think i have upwards of 150, but my dad's a mechanical engineer so... =P. The mobo tray is the only thing you should really be looking forward to, but that's still really only if you frequently assemble/disassemble. The drive racks make a nice touch though.
How much emphasis are you putting on silence?
