for <150 any dx9 card wont matter if it runs dx9 or not, it wont be powerfull enough when the time comes to need dx9. my opinion is to grab a ti4200 or find a cheapo 9500nonpro. the 4200 i think is faster than the watered down 9500nonpro, but im just an nvidiot so what do i know. ::shrugs::

From what I hear Windows "Longhorn" will be a GUI layed on top of dx9 which is one of the reasons Nvidia came out with such inexpensive dx9 cards.

Christmas? Are you CrAzY?? Maybe I should wait 2 years later so that I can snag a ATI card for $150 that is 10x faster than a 9800. I wonder if ATI will still be alive by then... Microsoft is gonna take over noooooo......
