Have been here since I was a college freshman, building my own PC for the first time. As a poor student the Hot Deals brought me here first, but I stayed for the articles. Then I found OT and well... 🙂

Truly the end of an era but glad to see that the forums will stay alive. And seeing so many old members come back reminds me of when the forums were truly alive!
 
Strange that the comments on the farewell article were "locked" so quickly and unceremoniously. I would've commented there if I could.

A shame to see the main site retired, even compared to its previous recent lightly-active state.
Last of the old guard, other than Tom's Hardware? (And TH hasn't been great, for years now.)
 
Hi. Does anyone know if there has been any update on what will happen to The Bench data please? For example, if the raw data will be released for public use.
