No kidding, for that price I'll build you an i5-2500 and a hd 6950 . no oc no unlock cause that service is not in your price range, but honestly you'll have a 2x to 5x more powerful computer for games . and voilà.

Quite seriously, if you cannot buy from me, consider finding a good pc hardware store, cause you're getting ripped off there.
