A quick word of advice: drink lots of water.
The massage makes you muscles expel toxins. The extra water will allow your body to flush them out. It will also help you not be as sore tomorrow.

If you've never had a professional massage before, you may be a little surprised that part of it may hurt a little. This will be when really get into the deep tissue stuff and loosening up your ligaments.

After the initial discomfort though, you will be SO relaxed. :music: :wine: :gift:

Good stuff, man. Good stuff.

You will find that for the next couple of days you'll be thinking much more clearly and you won't be so "fuzzy" during the day. At least that's how it works for me.

I'm a big believer in things like Chiropractic care, massage therapy, etc.

Enjoy...I'm jealous. :)

I will pass on the loose ligaments. ;)

you guys should check out if there is a massage school in your area, they usually charge really cheap, like $25/hr instead of $45-60+/hr, of course its done by a massage student, but its better than nothing.

#1 - It was a present.
#2 - It was a very nice day spa, not just a small massage only kinda place.
#3 - It was worth every penny they paid for it.

Since when is getting rubbed down by a lady a homosexual thing to do?

Sorry, I'm drunk. Just kidding. See previous post.

When its over, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.

Don't act like you didn't like it, baby. I gave you the best rub-down you'll ever get, and you still dream about it.

Seriously, am I the only drunken bastard here on St. Paddy's Day?

All the nice spas around here are at least $90 for an hour. I'm sure it's a bit of rip but I had a hook-up and got a gift-cert worth $150 for $50. My g/f loved it. I've never had one myself, it's just too expensive. I don't really want to go to the little places either, the environment just seems not quite right.

day spa?

yea, present from the fiancee....

Just say "yes" when they ask if you want the Happy Ending (TM).

Yep. Or just ask for a happy ending. They love doing that technique.

I would kick your ass off the table and still charge your credit card the full amount.

Wax it. Clean, feels good for you, and it's good for the masseuse, who can focus on massage rather than thinking you need your back shampooed.

Whoa, 3 month old bumpage. I went to a day spa with my g/f for Valentine's Day. (The place specializes in couples massages) Damn I was so friggin' relaxed afterwards. Had the best sleep evAr a few hours later. Felt like I was high during the 24 hours or so following it.
