Goin for my first massage tomm morning.....

If I could afford a massage every week, I'd not hesitate for a second.

If you've never had a professional massage before, you may be a little surprised that part of it may hurt a little. This will be when really get into the deep tissue stuff and loosening up your ligaments.

After the initial discomfort though, you will be SO relaxed. :heart: :music: :wine: :gift:

You will find that for the next couple of days you'll be thinking much more clearly and you won't be so "fuzzy" during the day. At least that's how it works for me.

I'm a big believer in things like Chiropractic care, massage therapy, etc.

Man, some parts of that can be painful, but overall it was excellent.
 
I had one, and now get one once a month. Gooooood stuff 😀

My biggest fear was the unconcious errection problem guys have, but it never happened.
