There's absolutely no reason anybody should spend more than $50 on a rice cooker. You measure rice, pour in correct ratio of water to rice, push the cook button on the cooker, done. Must be nice buying expensive shit that does the same thing the cheap stuff do. This is similar to the one I'm using, bought it for $20.

I eat brown rice 2-5x a week. Of course, after buying this, that number will probably go up. Evidently there's a cookbook out there with a ton of 1 pot creations that you make with a rice cooker, so that will probably be coming along too 🙂
