got about my 50th call today and had to listen to this dumbass user tell me how great he is with computers and how much smarter than me he is, while the whole time he is bitching about how his account keeps getting locked out and hes not doing anything.

He got bumped to be for being rude to the level 1 tech and not being compliant or answering questions after about 45 minutes.

I had to sit there and listen to him tell me how smart and comuter savvy he is, all while of course hes stuck on the phone because he got his account locked out and he can't figure out why or fix it

turns out he hooked his smart phone to outlook web access, and programmed in the password.

it freaked out when his pwd expired and kept trying to log in with the old password and locked him out, we could reset it, but within a few mintues bam locked out.

of course, we didnt know his phone was set up because he's sooooooooooooo smart he went around IT to do it. This is why we don't let them do it, because if you do it that way you get yourself locked out :whiste:

god knows what else this moron is doing that violates company policy, I hope the fire the jackass

of course, I'm sure he's saying the same shit about us after his phone call :p

If I ever get a smartphone, I am going to spend the first week pissing off as many IT people as I can.

8/10, this would get a 10/10 if wasn't for the horrible grammatical errors and sentence structure.

7/10 Aside from the errors pointed out, it's fairly uninspired. More detail, and better writing would have gotten it closer to 10.

Very true.. lots of wise people out there that doesn't know much yet they shout it out how great they are.. I admit I'm naive and dinosaur when it comes to these things.. It's better to scribble and seek knowledge than preach without audience.

I was merely attempting to accurately recreate the OP, although my sentence structure might have been worse.

I definately could have spiced it up some, but I was pretty tired since
I had just finished a 14 hour day and was drinking my nightly IPA.

Makes no difference if he or you are smarter than the other. Its the one that 'serves' the other, and, of course, who makes more money serving, or being served.

I can be the dumbest client on the planet, but I'm richer than you are and you're suppose to serve me ... HAH! :colbert:
