My friend has this problem. His mom is crazy. She has goats in a suburban area and is piling the goat shavings all over the FRONT YARD. It is attracting rats and smells hideous. Also the smell doesnt stop there. She brings the damn things IN THE HOUSE because the goats are "too cold"

. The house wreaks and its making his life miserable. People no longer want to live in the house but they have no choice. He is too imbarassed to even have me come over to his goat smelling suburban farm. But he has hope. He has found a loophole in the crazed goat loving womans system. These goats are not registered and have never had there shots. They ARE harboring many diseases. Plus on top of this it cant be legal to have farm animals like this on not even a half of an acre attracting rats. What my friend wants to know is if (in the state of washington) there is a number we could call (annonomasly) (sp?) to have the damn goats hauled away. Because I am sure if the neighbours knew it they would call it themselves. We have absolutely no idea what organization we should call. What should we do? (include phone numbers).

Maybe calling the local health dept.

Having farm animals in the house with minors or humans in general is probably illegal not to mention unhealthy.
You and your friend should remeber that getting the authorities involved will probably get his mum in some serious trouble though.

Goddamn....we have a goat, but #1: I live on a farm #2:It sure as hell never comes near the house. I do find the goat to have as much a personality as a family dog, though.

Call animal control most definately.

Heh, I guess cats weren't satisfying her. She sounds like a loon, he'd probably be best off if he moved out.
