The Chevy and GMC has the same powertrain so use the local dealer of each to fight each other for the best deal. Ever since Hendrick bought out the local Chevy dealer where I am from the GMC dealer gives much better deal.

So when looking at the GMC and they ask if you are looking for a GMC truck, juts say "well either a GMC or chevy, same to me..."

I liked the Titan (test drove one myself) but I found the interior kind of shoddy and cheap.. but that's just me.

I also don't know if I like the tall-geared rear-ends they have. Seem a little too small for me and tall geared, just to take the ratio down in the tranny. Better to have a lower geared and beefier diff, IMHO.

The new F150 is OK, but I liked the interior of the GM/Chev far more.

Just my thoughts.

I had a hard time finding the Silverado I wanted. I wanted the crew with the upscale interior and XM, 4WD, victory red, all the Z71 options except the stiff shocks. There was one in the whole state. Worked out in the end, otherwise it would have been order time.
