personally I never went to that site directly, only through links from other news and ATOT, their only biggest achievement I remember was the leak of iPhone 4...

Hmmm... I didn't see that, let me check. Ah. I kind of like this better because the last redesign of Kotaku meant that different articles would have different priority. Seeing as I view the articles generally the night of, I would sometimes miss some of the articles that got bumped down to being sans-picture. This new format puts all the articles on the same footing. Not too much change otherwise, Kotaku did not give too much horizontal real estate to the articles so I don't feel that they sacrificed there. They just seem to have realloted more of it to the popular list.

My only complaint is that aesthetically it looks too plain. They need to add some kind of background colors.

That's what I've been using but the article links on Kotaku aren't working. Meh, I'll just catch up in the morning. You can also select the view in the upper right as well.
