there you have it
chiwawa626, advice by a female and a male response to her query (that would actually work in some cultures). The game begins, ah the fun of seduction... and making it the object of exaggerated ridicule.
and please please..no neffing or stupid posts
Alright, alright, let me add some "words of wisdom" or whatnot.
I'm human. I think you're human. Females are human. We are human. HUZZAH ! Now as humans we have certain shared characteristics. For example, we have the need to love, we have the need to be loved, we have the need to communicate and the means to do so. Also, we have biological functions, cultural and social rules, learned behaviors, norms, standards, and all sorts of crazy stuff (like a taboo against being naked that I am still trying to unsuccessfully repeal). Now you go and talk to a female and you do not know what to say. The bloody are you, inhuman? The established rules of mating, of courtship, and of interaction come secondary to knowing yourself and to knowing people. If you focus on the norms, you'll miss the point of seeing people as they ar, meeting them in life, and sharing with them pieces of your world in hopes of their doing the same.
So you ask me how to engage in the pursuit of a female and I think I will leave you with this tidbit: When an Inuit adolescent decides to marry and wants to pick a mate, he will go and grab the belt of his chosen female. This signifies to them and to the others that they are to be married and live together, sharing life. An Inuit can spend 12 hours sitting in a kayak and waiting for a seal to come near enough so he could club the seal and have food. Meanwhile, back in the civilized world, you worry about the mating rituals of your own culture. Learn from the Inuit. Grab her belt (or a reasonable facsimile thereof that will not get you arrested for sexual harrassment) and get your groove on !
And if you're confused, why not ask what the expectations are and how you should act to not violate norms. I still say you do what the Inuit do and tell others you are experimenting with your cultural identity. HeHe. I'm in a silly mood tonight.
Realistically, just interact, share what's on your mind, and stop caring what others perceive you to be.
Cheers !
