I think most of us forget that Women are not some kind of weird race to whom you need to apply certain set of rules and regulations! They would like to be treated nice and I think it's natural to feel that way. The most important thing is to be nice to them. DO NOT treat women like dirt!! if you try to be cocky and obnoxious it will DEFINITELY not appeal to a girl!! But at the same time it's important to maintain your dignity. What usually works for me is this:

I am nice to almost every girl I meet but I tell them that I don't have a girlfriend because I dont like any girl enough to actually go around with her and I don't want to have a gf just for the heck of it!

believe me this works! It always does.

Finally just remember guys. Girls adore balanced guys. You shold be able to talk about almost everything just keep yourself up to date on everything you can and just watch the difference!

we like guys who are confident in themselves. sometimes you nice guys don't seem confident in yourselves...
and also desperate is bad. a lot of times "nice guys" are desperate guys. we don't want someone who will date

perhaps you are chasing after the wrong kind of woman. hot, popular, slutty women date similar types of guys. the nice girls who like nice guys arent the type who go to bars late at night and dress super slutty.

from what little i know girls like the obvious when it comes to physical attributes:

but its the personality where things get strange

i'm no casinova (sp?) but I do know that if you just play it cool girls will pickup on your vibe & come around to you. by playing it cool i'm talking about ignoring her in that fun/flirting way. girls really like the GAME more than the relationship. take some time before approaching a girl, by making sure she wants you to (usually the eyes tell the story) while you're around her what I would try is smiling, laughing, teasing more often.

you can save deep converstation for later if the relationship lasts or unless she brings it up, the whole idea at first is FUN. every girl I've dated has told me about their fairtale marriage/relationship they've had since childhood, USE THAT INFO. sometimes you got to be sneaky like that, pay attention what is in her bedroom or apartment to get more ideas of what talk about or activities. also suprises be full of them at first, small or big it doesn't matter just give them something to tell their friends about

My brother (to the best of my knowledge) hasn't had a steady girlfriend in the last 10 years, but he's always going out with someone. He tells me that typically what works for him is the "Hi! I'm single, and I'm rich.." approach (he is both). My girlfriend despises my brother partly for this reason.

On the other hand, I have been involved in long-term relationships non-stop for the last 13 years or so. I think that what every woman wants is different, depending on the woman. My best guess would be that women want to be with a guy that turns them on, that makes them laugh, is smart, good looking and has or could at some point have the ability to support a family. I think different women will give different weights to each of these characteristics, so if you're not that great looking but have an excellent sense of humor, you have a chance.

It helps if you're tall and in shape.
