Girlfriend burps a ton

My friend has IBS and burps extremely loudly after eating. It's especially amusing in the cinema after the lights go down and she's finished her popcorn 🙂 Everyone is :Q

Well, she doesn't do it in public... usually. Only around family and friends and I'm guessing she does it on purpose.

When we first met, she said she was hiding it because she didn't want me to think she was gross. Granted, I still think its gross and wish she would stop, but well, she continues to do it 😱

Yeah, I agree, no reason to do it except to be obnoxious, or funny, or what have you. She has manners when she's around my family and other miscellaneous places. Otherwise... :roll: *belch*

better to burp then to fart. something is causing here to have gas that she needs to expell. it's either up or down. be glad it's up. perhaps a doctor might be able to help.

I have this problem also. IBS+breathing thru my mouth = burpie..I fart a good deal too, seem to have to do it more on planes though 😛
