I honestly doubt there are all that many true and actual virgins on here, sure there are probably a few, maybe even more than the societal average, but overall I doubt there are that many.

Even geeks and nerds get it on.
They get it on a lot... I think they get it on more than the general public.

I'd feel sorry for females at NASA, they're probably outnumbered 25-1 or so.
Maybe they'd be ok with that.

CNN PRODUCER NOTE NASA has confirmed via email that this story is false. A spokewoman for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory says that the largest object detected by NEOWISE measures 3 km in diameter and poses no risk to Earth. The iReport has been removed.

Does dwcowen believe everything he reads online?

The conspiracy nuts will have fun with this saying the government forced CNN to remove this story and so forth.

Zero to fail in four posts, three if you count OP's doublepost as one post. Either way, that's ownage of the year material.

Dave's a perennial contender, the "Alpha male" for ownage, year in, year out, 'ya gotta respect that!.

Don't be ridiculous, everyone knows it's the ancient aliens that control the government and the media and all the asteroids too.

Obviously; have you ever heard of the second Great Sauropod Empire?

Exactly.

I'm not going to fear any silly space rocks... we still have Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck to save us!

I don't think that the billionaires will enjoy the apocolypse any more than the rest of us would.

Sure, they'll be safe in their underground bunkers, but Babs won't be happy unless she can continue to throw her oceanfront tea parties in the Hamptons.

Are those the Biosphereans?

Edit: The guy in the center looks like an older Bruce Willis.

That's actually Bruce Willis from ~16 years ago.

The guy to his right, though, looks like a younger Steve Buscemi.

What on earth are a bunch of actors going to do to avert an asteroid? Are they going to perform a Shakespeare play in the hopes the asteroid will be impressed enough to call off the collision?

No no no...you have it all wrong. They are actually the target. Hopefully the asteroid sees the orange.
