My 6600GT died, so I went to the store to get it replaced with a new 6600GT.
Anyway, they didn't have any, so they gave me an x300 (that's what they said) until next week.
Anyway, they didn't know anything about drivers, and thought that because both of my cards were from Gigabite (or whatever) I won't need new drivers...
So, maybe they made a mistake and actually put a geforce card, because my PC recognizes the card as a PCX 5300 or something like that. Basically, what I'm asking is if the PC can detect the card as a wrong card? I haven't played any games yet, because I'm afraid to burn THIS card...
