She kicked your dumb ass once. You really want to deny her her stuff?

This has to be a parody cause no one can be this retarded.

If it's HER stuff, and it's YOUR house then just toss the shit on the lawn. It flat out isn't your concern.

Wrong. I've seen enough Judge Judy to know that he'll be liable for it! 😛

I'm definitely not a lawyer, but seriously? If person A has a bunch of shit at person B's house then it's person B's job to make sure it stays safe and well kept? That's a horseshit law if I've ever heard one.

If you want the whole story.... She has a big house she got divorced couldn't pay mortgage she rented it moved in , 1 week here renters backed out so she has nobody to pay her mortgage. Bad credit can't get a car wants me to get one under my name and shell make payments. I didn't want to pay so she pissed but that's not why she left.

Anyways I paid for her to move her stuff here. The entire townhouse is full.

We didn't even unpack her stuff and she beat me up gave me a blackeye because I talked to an ex gf of mine on gmail. She left and threatened me to give her back her stuff. That's fine hire insured movers.
I'm not paying 1500 for them to move it back. She wants it she can hire them.
Not people standing next to home depot.

So what you are saying is you are a pussy that gets beaten up by a girl AND you are an asshole.

WOW! What a cornhole.

It doesn't matter if you think it is horse shit. It is the law. You have to use due care to safeguard her property while in your custody. You cannot just toss it out on the lawn.

Wait so you started a thread about how you are a dick and now want people to tell you want to do, whilst continuing to be a dick?

What I'd do is, stop being a dick and let her move her stuff out... simples.

You should follow your own advice 😀

I was going to chastise OT for lack of pics request but then read the thread.

do not want. OP, you're in deep doo doo.

not really. Sure its his house but once she moves in she lives there. he does not have a right to throw her stuff into the street. Yes she could sue and win.

he does not have to keep it fore ever but he does need to protect it for a reasonable amount of time.

I support you OP. Abusive women need to be taught a lesson. When you get a chance let her know about the storage fees you have imposed of $25 a day. When she comes back to sock you, make sure your webcam is on so you can sue her for all that junk and the house she cant afford.

okay I can see the OP's point. If someone comes over and busts an ankle carrying a sofa down the stairs.. they could sue his homeowner policy.

But fuck he is still a douche. Hire an insured company yourself to move the shit into the front yard. Tell ex to bring her homies and a truck and they can move it from the lawn to the truck. probably an hours worth of work for a moving company.

I don't understand the troll mentality. Ok, it's one thing if you like to debate and you start a thread on a legitimate topic that you know will get a response....abortion, synthetic vs dino oil, Les Paul vs. Strat, etc. But to just make up a story? I don't get that. It's the same kind of mental illness that makes a guy tell the press his kid is trapped in a weather balloon or makes a couple crash a White House party.

Or announce that your made up girlfriend and her kid were killed in an accident.

Never read the OPs threads before? He's nuts.

It's the exact same thing as people who sit in the left lane holding up traffic, people who obviously block aisles in stores, people who cause drama at work, etc etc etc

So if they are insured, they can't sue him for a broken ankle?

Wrong. It only protects her from liability to him if they break something when moving the furniture out. Since it's currently her residence too, I don't think the OP has any grounds to say who she can get to move her stuff.

Wow, this is a relationship gone bad in a hurry, lol.
