A lot of insurance policies cover other people driving your car, but if they live with you and have regular access to the car, they are not covered unless you declared them on your policy. So your insurance company probably would not cover you under the circumstances. And even if they did, you would still have to pay the deductible, have your premiums raised, and could be sued for any damage or injuries over the limit on your policy. So either way she is putting you at serious financial risk.

More importantly, she is taking advantage of you and this is probably just the beginning. You may not be a pushover, but she is testing you, and if you don't put a stop to it right now and in no uncertain terms, it will only get worse.
