i didn't say they were ugly. i said they were nasty in the sense of not being disease free. chances are that if you have sex with a chick who has std's, there are other nasty chicks you've banged, too. what i'm trying to say is that safety isn't exactly a priority of yours when it comes to sex and if a girl is ok with that, she's nasty and might have a disease or something.

Condoms fail from time to time, and you never know what the other person may or may not have - it has nothing to do with being "nasty," especially considering that, as you said, a lot of people don't show symptoms and thus never know they have anything.

After going to my girlfriend's doctor appointment with her and speaking to her doctor (who happens to be the director of adolescent health, so she has plenty of experience with STD's) I've decided the doctor I went to is a quack. My girlfriend is being treated with the same antibiotics that I was given and being tested so we should get some conclusive results. At least this doctor agreed with the treatment so I can be confident that the treatment was appropriate and effective. One week until we can resume "activities."

also, my post could easily have been proof that a chiropractor can also be a better doctor than a medical doctor, considering the op's experience with his doctor who said that his gf shouldn't get tested/treated.

Yes, she had a urine test and it came back negative for both but was treated anyway at the time she gave the sample. So now we're back to wondering what it was.
