The women I hang out with would cut my balls off and take my man card if I didn't smoke some uppity snobby bimbo instigating a race in some BMW or Mercedes.

Commoner lol, 3 series BMW and C class Mercedes is about as common as it gets.

I like these women you hang out with. I also like your ideas on 3-BMW and c-Mercs.

For the most part those people in the BMW and Mercedes didn't give a fuck about being smoked. They didn't actually buy their car for it to be fast, or they would have spent their money on something else.

I'm old, most of the women I know don't encourage or get into street races. Doesn't mean I won't add a supercharger to my sedan but wife couldn't care less.

And - my fiancee LOVES the boost, never had anyone on the car that didn't.

Third pic is wrong. Supercharger exhaust should be out the bottom 😛

It can vary, the outlet can be anywhere. The LSA for example, discharges from the top (what you see on top of the engine is actually the intake plenum and intercooler housing.

Others have taken Eaton M90/112 blowers and mounted them like a centri with charge piping and a front mount air to air intercooler (mostly on v6s due to the tight 60 deg bank angle that doesn't allow room for an intercooler).

The reason I said the discharge is at the bottom was due to the indicated direction of rotation.

Thanks for the info tho - it might come in handy for me. I might end up supercharging my car some time next year after I graduate (this May) and save up some money. I've got an 05 Monte Carlo LT that I would love to eek ~50 more HP out of.

I actually put that sticker in place of the regular one that comes with the car in the passengers side of the visor and when girls put it down they think it's normal until the really read it. It's funny when they do.

On a completely different note, and I may have asked this before, but do you guys have a catless downpipe for the LNF Kappas? Also, if someone were to send you guys an E550 Coupe to "play" with, would you have any interest?

Unfortunately, no. Great cars, but we've been moving out of that market to concentrate more of our efforts on the $50-150k range.

In terms of the E550, yeah, we're always up for that. 🙂

Basically, I was able to sell the Vette for a few grand less than I paid last year. GM also offered lease pull ahead on my regular CTS so that wiped out the last four payments. Together with my GM employee discount and all the incentives, I decided to buy to Caddy-V(ette).

The pics are pretty poor quality, but will have more when it's light out.

My wife would be just as happy if we both drove a Prius. I'm cool with that...my car interest is purely for my own enjoyment.

:thumbsup::thumbsup: Please tell me it has a 3 pedals.

Yes, 3 pedals and will get better pics of the engine bay after I pull off the plastic covers. All I can see when I opened the hood was plastic and a small hole for the blower belt.

Congrats. That is on my short list of cars to own. Nothing like 550 ft-lbs to put a smile on your face every morning.
