I spoke with a PETA or ASPCA person this morning, they are working on getting charges brought. However, they did mention many are using this as an excuse to report others as a prank.

Fucking losers. Most of these agencies have shoestring budgets and already are leery of 'internet' reportings.

Hopefully these asshats are punished.
