BS! you are encouraged to buy quality chipset because it costs alot more.
I went to a website called smksuperstore.com/1stchoicememory.com/digi4me.com and says neither my syntax sv266ad (not listed) or ecs k7vta3 v5.0 is
compatible with generic ram and that I must buy the most expensive type like 64.99 for 256mb, MY GOSH!!! :shocked::beer:
anyway I am using only generic now, two 256mb module in two different computer that I bought from them and it works fine! btw, sis chipset only? yea right.
