Listed clocks don't matter that much.
What will really determine end-user clocks will be how low they limit end-user voltages.
We already know that Turing will hit at minimum 2050 mhz at pascal voltages.
Will be annoyed if none of the AIB cards have a Dual-link DVI-D port though.
