I can confirm that the micro-stuttering in Far Cry 3 has been eliminated with 313.95. There were certain areas while using 310.90 where no matter what tweaking I performed (SLI bits, vsync, or in-game options) there would be some stuttering. Getting it stutter free after installing 313.95 wasn't readily apparent. I had the game configured with vsync and GPU render ahead turned off. I figured the vsync control through the NV control panel should have done the job. Setting it to "On" or "On (smooth)" produced the same results, stuttering in certain areas. Vsync was certainly on though. The way to get rid of the micro-stutter with the 313.95 drivers is to enable vsync in game with 2 frames selected. Now the game is completely smooth.

AdamK47: With the specs of your "UBER" rig I'm amazed that any game would have micro-stuttering with either 310.90 or 313.95!;)

This driver has smoothed the orignal Crysis out more than ever; no more stuttering or massive framedips in intensive firefights.

I would get micro-stutter with the 310.90 drivers while still maintaining 60fps with vsync on.

I lose sound (HDMI) after returning from sleep with these drivers.

Not sure if anyone noticed this, but if you add a custom profile in the program settings tab, it will open a window with currently running applications in the background - and then you can select which program to make a custom profile for without scouring for .exe's.

This is pretty handy because when you select "maximize performance" for power management (in global settings) there are a ton of programs that default to the highest 3d clocks while running - my logitech mouse software does this , in addition to my sound blaster Z control panel. So I have to make custom profiles for these to specify adaptive power management.

Anyway, for programs like that I always add custom profiles specifying "adaptive" power management - this feature allows you to do so without having to spend time searching for the proper .exe (for powerDVD this was really annoying - it has about 10 .exe's that you need profiles for) You just get a popup asking you which program you want to make a custom profile for.

Very handy feature for anyone that makes a ton of custom profiles in the NV control panel.

With these drivers when I add a game to my profiles it is showing as the actual game .exe

For example, when I add Far Cry 3, it doesn't show up in my profiles listings as Far Cry3, but as farcry3.exe Is this happening to anyone else ? Normally this only happens when the drivers don't recognize the program.

It seems to resolve the absolute path when adding an executable. That way you can add another executable of the same name but different location.
