I like drinking w/ friends and sometimes I will get drunk. I don't get drunk often thought because I start breaking things at other peoples houses and even my house. I don't like other people drinking at my house because everytime they do, someone always has to vomit:disgust:

Liquor before beer never fear. Beer before liquor never been sicker

I have a hard time believing you have 3% body fat. If you can see every vein and artery in your body - I mean in your shoulders, abs, legs, back, neck, etc you have 3%. Plastic calipers aren't even close to being right. And I'm going to call BS on your buzz part. 3 beers, 6 shots is the equivalent of 9+ beers, especially with the proof you were at. Unless you chugged all that down in under 10 minutes there's no way in hell. Maybe you don't know what a buzz is.

My body fat percentage is that low because I have muscle. High muscle + low(no) fat = low body fat perecentage. And no, I'm not making up any of the rest of it either, I did drink it pretty quickly, high tolerance runs in my family, i just never excercised it before. And my saying I didn't have a buzz means I felt completely, 100% normal.

Well...most people don't enjoy drinking. It's social stigma and slick advertisement and marketing that snookers most "drinkers". Most drinkers are oblivious to the serious contortions the liver and other organs must go thru to rid alcohol from the body. So if a beer belly and thunder thighs are on your agenda..along with a full spectrum of health problems..drink on. Just don't drive home.

3% body fat is dangerously low.

And I wouldnt say that anyone who weighs 130lbs has a high amount of muscle. Maybe a high percentage, but not a high amount.

it should be noted that alchohol, in light use daily, is good for your body. At least for wine and beer. :) Of course you were probably talking about binge drinking but alchohol is good your body when used responsibly.

Just because you have muscle doesn't mean you have low BF%. If you can see the veins on your abs, shoulders, etc like what I said earlier you might but unless you're doing cardio like mad crazy and eat a very healthy and strict diet it's damn near impossible to have 3% BF. I've seen pictures of a guy with 2% BF doing pullups - his skin looked like it was going to rip apart.

The best way to prevent a potential hangover is to chug a ton of water before going to bed. Yes, you'll have to pee during the night but it's a good trade-off.

Of course, limiting alcoholic consumption will curtail the need to prevent a hangover in the first place.

Why do people enjoy drinking? Because our nation's stupid backwards Puritanical laws establishes forbidden fruit that are just too tempting for a majority of teens and college kids to pass over. Eliminate the drinking age and the obssesion with drinking would change. It may even become more common but blitzed-out booze fests would seem quaint.
