Well it's about time for a makeover if you ask me. They have been running the same model of computer case since as long as I can remember . Who knows, perhaps giving their computers "sex-appeal", will help them score some new customers.

Arg still no E class with DDR. :( The Gateway 500SE is $70 cheaper than the SDRAM based E3600 for the components I need. Thus I'd save money and have computers that run significantly faster. Why won't any company sell DDR with their managed desktops?

I like it. Its about time. I've been getting Dell partially because they have had better prices but also because they have nicer looking cases. I am getting tired of the beige look. Speaking of cases, I need a new black desktop case for my home PC. I have a black monitor, black keyboard and black mouse but I am using a beige case and beige speakers. I was about to recommend a Gateway to someone a while back but then Gateway switched back to only using Intel so I ended up recommending a Micron PC.

Pictures were too darned small, even on Gateway's own site. I like the new look of Complaque... they even use nForce boards. ;)

Looks like they are following in Dell's footsteps. I noticed Crapaq switched over to black and silver as well.

I dare say that looks BETTER than the nice-looking Dell cases. :) Thanks for the bigger picture!
