I do admire Bill Gates thinking, he would not spend money that's deemed unnecessary. I heard that he made his chauffer drive around Manhattan looking for a free parking space instead of paying $12/hr for a parking space. Kinda remind me of me...... without the billions of course. 😀

So we can deduce that his trip to Wild Wave was just to save the hassle of cleaning his pool after he soils himself in it? :Q
Actually, it's the opposite....

hehe...that'd be so cool to see him in public. I wonder if he's much of a swimmer. Maybe he's just there to hit on the female lifeguards 😉

Gates has given more money to charity than probably all the celebs on hollywood combined. Sure, he doesn't do stupid philanthropy/photoop trips to Thialand, but he puts money into everything he can.

One example: when he goes on international business trips, he stays in a regular room and doesn't ask the hotel to prepare some crazy stuffs like the other rich guys. I like the fact that he's the richest man in the world who knows how to control his money than being controlled by the money.

when i was working at lego, he came by the park. i didnt get to see him, but he was dressed down, in fact, i heard he was wearing a weinerschnitzel hat. my friend served him though, and he even complained about the prices! either he's got a sense of humor, or if the richest man in the states scoffs at the prices, i suppose it justifies everyone else who complained it was a 'rich man's park'.

well I think everyone can agree that no matter how much we loathe his company, he is in fact a good person, as "normal" as the richest person in the world can be. Of course there's always debate as to whether or not he's the richest... but whatever

He probably just donates Windows software licenses to charity, then writes them off as business expense. That way, he's got a net gain from the tax breaks, and the charities gain, well, Winodws licenses. Whoop de freakin' doo.
