On the story itself thats a damn shame. And they should charge the person who uploaded the pics. That person is an accessory to a violent crime.

Yeah it's been in the news here for several days now. Apparently one kid posted it to facebook, and before it got taken down a bunch of people posted it all over the place. I guess it's out there now.

I guess the worst part for the girl is the fact that now I'm sure everyone she knows has seen it and she'll be constantly reminded of it.

Agreed. Although it was probably just a joke (I sincerely hope so), and this is ATOT and these type of comments are expected.

I could not imagine being the parents of that girl and knowing who was behind the rape. It would take everything I had not to kill him dead.

I for one, don't believe she consented. First of all that's the first thing cops would look into, if the allegations are true or not, they don't want the legal trouble of false arrest claims.

Also she was drugged! Newsflash! She can't give consent while drugged! Her friends are....I can't even think of a word for it.

The friends said she took drugs willingly and consented to sex. I'm not trying to condone anything but what is to stop a girl/woman from calling rape on just about any sexual activity that they regret?
 
That and who said they were her friends. They could be more friends with the guys and trying to cover for them.

As said its one of the first things police look into. If you cry rape they look into your past, if your wife dies the first person the look at is husband/boyfriend, etc...
Let the police do their job and the facts usually come out pretty quick.
